Legal Internship Opportunity at Burger Singh

About the Opportunity

Burger Singh is looking for a dynamic proactive legal intern to join the team, preferably for period of 3 months (flexible) on an immediate basis.

Stipend

The selected candidate will be provided with a suitable stipend in line with industry norms.

Eligibility

• 3-5th year student from a recognized national-level law school.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of contract drafting and risk assessment and management; and
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills

Location

Sector 65, Gurgaon.

Responsibilities

• Researching interesting propositions related to corporate laws and practices and secretarial norms, corporate compliance and other regulatory requirements in the F&B industry;
• Assisting us with day-to-day tasks such as negotiating lease, vendor, and supply chain agreements, and highlighting risks to the relevant stakeholders, and taking suitable actions to mitigate such risks; and
• Support cross-functional teams in contract lifecycle management, including renewals, amendments, and dispute resolution
