About the Organisation

M A Gani Associates is a law firm, established in 2006. Our legal team is formed by an experienced lawyer of minimum 18 years of practice with the purpose of providing expert solutions to clients looking for vigilant and attentive legal service; clients who know the advantages that a personal connection can bring to legal planning and the expectation, escaping and declaration of legal troubles. We are an RERA registration consultant with full documentation support and knowledge of property registration, search reports, and title reports of flats/units/plots.

Eligibility

Only those candidates can apply who:

  • are available for the part time job/internship
  • can start the part time / Full time internship from 10th Jul’25 till 09th January 2026 
  • are available for duration of 6 months
  • have relevant skills and interests

* Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Other requirement: Only law students or advocates having a valid COP.

Responsibilities

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Draft litigation and non-litigation documents under guidance.
  • Visit various courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction (including district, session, high court, consumer forums, and local cooperative courts within Maharashtra) to pursue applications and case filings.
  • Visit the jails of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for vakalatnama signing and meetings with the accused.
  • Visit the property registrar’s office, Tashildar, Talathi, and the land record of 7/12 within Maharashtra as needed.
  • Work and deal with civil, criminal, and matrimonial cases, cheque bouncing cases, and corporate finance matters; specializing in MOCOA, POSCO, NDPS cases, and IPC sections 302, 379, 380, along with applications for heirship and any declaration litigation as an independent advocate office.
