Details of the Job/Internship
Hillroute is seeking a Legal Analyst Intern for a 3-month in-office internship to join at their Delhi location.
Role and Responsibilities
- Research digital asset laws, fund regulations, and compliance developments.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and due diligence documents.
- Assist in fund formation, governance, and regulatory filings.
- Maintain trackers, SOPs, and coordinate with external stakeholders.
- Support investor onboarding, documentation, and internal legal processes.
- Collaborate with the Founder’s Office on strategic initiatives.
Eligibility
- Final-year student in a 5-year law program or 3-year LLB.
- Strong interest in finance, investment law, and compliance.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Prior internships at law firms or in-house teams (preferred, not mandatory).
- Familiarity with financial regulation and digital asset frameworks.
