About the Internship:
We are inviting applications from enthusiastic and detail-oriented law students or recent graduates who have a strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in trademark and copyright matters and to work on both litigation and prosecution aspects of IP law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with trademark and copyright applications
- Drafting replies to examination reports, oppositions, counter-statements, and rectification petitions
- Supporting in legal drafting for infringement and passing-off suits, as well as civil suits
- Conducting legal research and analysis related to ongoing IPR matters
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a law student or a recent law graduate
- Should possess a basic understanding of Intellectual Property laws
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in IPR is highly desirable
Mode of Internship:
- Online (open to all eligible candidates)
- Offline (optional for candidates based in Delhi)
