Role: Associate – Legal Documentation & Research (POSH)

– Is just starting out (1–2 years in), but has the patience to stay and grow

Eligibility
– Strong legal writing and documentation skills
– Familiarity with the POSH Act, 2013
– Diligent, patient, and committed to quality
– 1–2 years of relevant experience (internships count)
– Willingness to learn deeply and stay with the process
