VSK Legal is inviting legal professionals for the Associate position with 0-2 Years of Dispute Resolution Experience and can join immediately.
Practice Area
Dispute Resolution and Regulatory Advisory
Role & Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, coordinating and managing cases, and regulatory inquiries
- Attending court hearings, tribunals, client briefings, and communications
- Conducting legal research and preparing case notes/memorandums
- Assisting in pre-litigation strategy development and settlement discussions
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university (preferably, NLUs/Symbiosis); LL.M. is a plus but not mandatory
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in dispute resolution
- Strong command over procedural laws, including IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI Frameworks, and relevant regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage case files, timelines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
