About the Opportunity
Khurana & Khurana is thrilled to invite a Corporate Attorney with outstanding knowledge in Commercial/Corporate Law to join their team at the Bangalore Office.
Skill Set Required
- We are looking for a strong Commercial/Corporate Attorney in Bangalore.
- The professional should have Commercial Law/Litigation Practice (including NCLT, General Commercial Litigation, handling Commercial Transactions) of K&K.
- The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, to help grow the Commercial Law/Litigation Practice of Khurana and Khurana in the region. The candidate should be mature, self-motivated, and a thorough professional, with a simple and humble attitude.
- It is strongly recommended that the professional be based in or be willing to relocate to the Bangalore office of K&K.
- Professionals should possess powerful written and verbal/communication skills, and should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial/Corporate Law.
