Position: Legal Intern
Eligibility
-Currently pursuing LLB/LLM
-A strong communicator with excellent writing and research skills
-Detail-driven and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
-Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Resposnibilities
This isn’t just research and filing — you’ll get your hands dirty with real legal challenges:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing MOUs, contracts, legal notices, and briefs
- Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and legally sound
- Deep dive into civil law, with a focus on Order 37 CPC (Recovery)
- Analyse case law and create research summaries
- Support business law initiatives and help identify legal risks/opportunities
- Participate in strategy sessions with the legal and compliance teams
- Help monitor and maintain compliance with applicable regulations
- Contribute to the preparation of legal audits and compliance reports
- Join internal legal meetings, take notes, and assist in follow-up actions
- Provide day-to-day legal admin support as needed
