Eligibility
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years (Post Qualification)
- Passion for litigation
- Strong drafting skills
- Experience in arguing matters before the High Court, Tribunals, and District Courts
- Client management expertise
- Proficient in e-filing procedures at the Delhi High Court and NCLT & NCLAT
- Prior experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters is mandatory
