Eligibility
1- LL.B. with 4–7 years PQE in NCLT and corporate litigation
2- Confident in court, meticulous in drafting, and strategic in thinking
Responsibilities
- Represent clients before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Draft, review, and argue petitions under the IBC
- Collaborate with insolvency professionals, resolution applicants, and stakeholders
- Dive deep into complex corporate disputes and restructuring matters
