About the Organization
Vaquill was founded with a mission to empower individuals by making them aware of their legal rights. In India, a significant portion of the population remains unaware of their legal rights simply due to a lack of accessible information in their native languages. Vaquill solves this problem by offering clear and reliable legal information on everyday legal queries in six different languages. The name “Vaquill” combines “vakeel” (advocate) and “quill” (a traditional writing tool), showing our commitment to legal advocacy through informational blogs. Our aim is to make legal knowledge available to everyone, no matter their background, so they can understand and use the legal system effectively.
Nature of Internship
The work will primarily involve corporate and commercial laws, private equity law, in-depth legal research across various topics (original, plagiarism-free work), and contract drafting.
Location
The Internship is in remote mode.

Applicants must have prior experience in legal research and writing, with at least some published articles available online.
