About the Internship:
We’re looking for three Legal Interns who are passionate about legal research and curious about the growing field of legal staffing. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the leadership team at the intersection of law and talent strategy—gaining hands-on exposure to the U.S. legal market.
No cold calls—all outreach is email-based.
What You’ll Learn & Do:
- Conduct research on U.S. law firms and identify potential business opportunities.
- Analyze firm structures, practice areas, and talent needs.
- Execute email campaigns to legal decision-makers using personalized templates.
- Generate interest in exploratory calls and meetings with our leadership team.
- Learn the business of legal staffing from the inside out.
- Collaborate on strategic outreach initiatives and contribute to our expansion.
Who You Are:
- A recent law graduate or postgraduate (India).
- Strong command over written communication, especially email writing.
- Detail-oriented, research-savvy, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working remotely in US EST hours.
- Eager to build a career in legal staffing, recruiting, or legal business operations.
Compensation & Growth:
- Stipend: ₹35,000/month for the 6-month internship.
- Post-Internship Opportunity: Based on performance, interns may be offered a full-time role with a total annual compensation of ₹9 LPA (Base + Bonus + On-Target Incentives).
