About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for interns (Mumbai candidates or able to relocate to Mumbai) passionate about finance and exploring career opportunities in the field of Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory and Business Consulting. The candidate will be guided and mentored by senior bankers and colleagues on various aspects of the transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting industry and company research and analysis
- Developing transaction marketing collaterals including investment memorandum, Teasers and Projections
- Developing financial models of a company for equity fund raise and M&A transactions
- Attending various calls and meetings involving the senior management team
- Performing research, analysis and documentation of live transactions
- Developing an understanding of the underlying trends that led to corporate transactions
- Respond to on-going investor queries on live deals- Interact with clients, understand their key concerns and address them with colleagues
Qualifications
- CA Inter appeared in May 2025 exam/CFA Level 1 or 2 Pass
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft PPT and Microsoft Excel is essential
