Key Responsibilities
Legal Intern for 6 months duration:
- Legal Research
- Conduct research on legal principles, regulatory updates, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors.
- Summarize findings and prepare concise legal memos or notes for internal use.
- Support in Legal Case Management
- Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining legal case files and records.
- Help prepare case summaries and maintain internal case status reports.
- Contract Review and Vetting
- Support the legal team in reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and amendments.
- Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Corporate Secretarial Assistance
- Assist in preparation and review of corporate documents, board resolutions, and statutory records.
- Support compliance with local corporate governance requirements.

- Support in vetting commercial contracts, non-disclosure agreements, amendments etc.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Final year student of LLB or LLM
- Intern will be required in office 5 days a week
