If you have mooted previously, this course (and the competition built into it) will assist you in improving your skills.
This course includes everything regarding mooting. As part of this course, the students actually conduct a moot competition as well! You will be provided with a moot problem, be required to write a memo, receive a critique on that, and then we’ll take you through the oral rounds where you get to argue in front of a judge! And yes, you will receive feedback even during the oral rounds.
New mooters can look forward to a friendly environment. Seasoned mooters can look forward to being grilled by the judges!
